Emergency calls go to whoever shows up first.

We build and run Google Search and Local Services Ads for water damage restoration companies — so when a basement floods at 2am, the call comes to you instead of the company two towns over.

Referrals are great — until they aren't

Most restoration work comes through adjusters and plumbers, and that's the best position to be in. Those relationships are earned and they're hard for anyone to take from you.

But they're also outside your control. A referral partner retires. An adjuster moves to another carrier. A quiet month turns into a quiet quarter, and there's nothing to turn on.

Paid search is the one channel you own. It doesn't replace referrals — it covers you when they slow down, and it scales when you have crews sitting idle.

What we actually do

No retainers for "brand awareness." Four specific things, all of them measurable.

1

Google Search Ads

Built around emergency intent — burst pipe, flooded basement, water in crawlspace — not broad terms that burn budget on people writing school papers. Running 24/7, because emergencies don't keep business hours.

2

Local Services Ads

Setup and management of Google Local Services Ads, including the Google Guaranteed badge. You pay per lead instead of per click, and it typically runs well below the cost of standard search.

3

A real landing page

Not your homepage. One page, one service, one city — phone number above the fold, no navigation pulling people away. This is usually the single biggest difference between a campaign that works and one that doesn't.

4

Call tracking

Every lead is a tracked, recorded call. You hear exactly what came in and what it cost. No arguing at the end of the month about what counted as a lead.

How we charge

Most of what gives agencies a bad name in this trade comes down to who controls the money. So here's the arrangement, in plain terms.

You own your Google Ads account. It's opened in your name, under your billing. We manage it — we don't hold it hostage. If we part ways, you keep the account, the history and the data.
You pay Google directly. Your ad spend never passes through us. We can't mark it up, and you can log in and see every dollar at any time.
We charge a flat monthly management fee. No percentage of ad spend — that would only reward us for spending more of your money.
One restoration company per city. If we work with you, we don't take on the company down the road. Your leads are yours, not split three ways.
Month to month. Thirty days' notice, no annual contract. If it isn't working, you shouldn't be locked in.

The first 30 days

We start with a paid pilot at a reduced fee. We agree upfront — in writing — on what counts as a qualified lead and how many we're aiming for. If we miss the number, the fee comes back.

What we don't promise: a specific amount of revenue. We deliver qualified calls. Closing them, and answering the phone when they ring, is on your team — and we'll be straight with you about that from the first conversation.

Who this is for

A good fit

  • Independent restoration companies, roughly 2–15 people
  • You run your own crews and can take on more work
  • Someone answers the phone, day or night
  • You want a channel that isn't dependent on referral partners

Not a good fit

  • Franchises with marketing handled at corporate
  • Calls regularly go to voicemail — paid leads die in minutes
  • You're looking for the cheapest possible leads, shared with competitors
  • You need results next week — campaigns take a few weeks to settle

Who you're dealing with

Frontline Lead is a small, deliberately specialized shop. We work with restoration companies and nothing else, and campaigns are built and managed by the owner — you won't be sold by one person and then handed to a junior account manager.

We're new, and we'd rather say so than pretend otherwise. That's exactly why the first month is structured as a pilot with the fee at risk: you shouldn't have to take our word for anything.

Check availability in your city

We take one restoration company per market. Tell us where you operate and we'll let you know if it's open.
